follow the steps  below:

1. prepare photographs to be made the object as follows.

2. Click filter> noise> reduce noice to create more seamless image.

3. after that copy the picture and click Filter> Blur> gaussian blur to make the picture clearer and not dull to know more about improving the low resolution image, click here.

4. after that, make a circle using the eliptical marque tool, then create a new layer and the circle was in inverse by using ctrl + shift + I. Then fill the white color on the selection.

5. Then click Filter> Distort> Polar Coordinate yg layer in this white berries.

6. then click the image> Rotate Canvas> 90 ‘cw.

7. after that, click the filter> stylise> wind. Do it 2 to 3 times.

8. Then turn the picture into the original image with the click> Rotate Canvas> 90 CCW. Then click Filter> Distort> polar coordinate as shown below.

9. After that, click the filter> blur> gaussian blur with the following provisions to obscure side – his side.
